Over recent years whilst other lenders have either withdrawn from the market, or restricted their lending criteria, our aim is to provide property finance in a diverse set of markets. We have a relationship, rather than transactional, approach to lending. We develop a strong understanding of our clients' business requirements, and tailor our facilities accordingly.
We provide finance to assist with the development of commercial properties up to 90% LVR, for a range of lending including SMSF, Self-Managed Super Funds, Rural Lending, Mezzanine and Bridging Finance, Low doc and Lite doc options.
We are active in most sectors of the market, and will consider finance for office, retail, industrial, residential and mixed use developments.
