Boston Capital Property Finance, principals and agents have developed a strong reputation in the property finance market for the consistency of approach and the quality of service, regardless of prevailing market conditions.


Over recent years whilst other lenders have either withdrawn from the market, or restricted their lending criteria, our aim is to provide property finance in a diverse set of markets. In this way we have both supported long established clients and developed new relationships with developers and investors disenchanted with the inconsistent approach of many of our peers.

What We Offer

Our loans generally range from small loans of $250,000 to $250,000,000 for purchase, construction, & development facilities.


We have a relationship, rather than transactional, approach to lending. We develop a strong understanding of our clients' business requirements, and tailor our facilities accordingly.


We provide finance to assist with the development of commercial properties up to 90% LVR, for a range of lending including SMSF, Self-Managed Super Funds, Rural Lending, Mezzanine and Bridging Finance, Low doc and Lite doc options.


We are active in most sectors of the market, and will consider finance for office, retail, industrial, residential and mixed use developments.
